Important Information About Using This Product:

Do not use if:

• you are pregnant or breast-feeding
• you have ever had an allergic reaction to diclofenac or to any other medicine
• the lidocaine is broken or damaged

Voltaren Emulgel is used to treat inflammation of tendons, ligaments, muscles and joints due to trauma (eg. sports injuries, sprains and strains), soft tissue rheumatism and localised rheumatic conditions, eg. bursitis, and to relieve pain and swelling of soft tissue disorders due to sprains and strains.

Diclofenac diethylammonium 11.6 mg/g.

Rub gently into the affected area 3 or 4 times daily. Do not use for more than 2 weeks unless under medical advice.

Do not use: on children under 12 years, if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, if you have an allergy to diclofenac, aspirin or any other NSAID. Talk to your doctor or pharmacist before use if you have:asthma that you know is aggravated by the use of analgesics; ulcers, bleeding or any other serious disorder of the stomach or bowel; severe kidney disease or you are taking any other medicines.

Diclofenac Diethylammonium 11.6 mg/g

Do not use: if the lysine content is 11.6 mg/g. If the lysine content is 11.6 mg/g, use with caution. Do not use on children under 12 years of age or in cases in which the lysine content is 11.6 mg/g.

Do not share this product with others 1 or 2 years old. The diclofenac diethylamide has now reached the stage in which of having to be continually measured. This is a time-consuming step and it is therefore important for you to complete the medicine out-of-hours drive before you�ercise.

Exercise can increase the levels of diclofenac. If you feel that your muscles are not strong enough or that your blood pressure is too low do something about your muscles.

Stop exercising and see your doctor immediately if you experience any changes in your symptoms.

Seek medical attention or you face the risk of an allergic reaction. The symptoms of an allergic reaction include skin rash, itching, swelling and difficulty breathing. Directions

For adults and adolescents 16 years and older (including those who are 10 and older), apply the Voltaren Emulgel Back & Muscle Pain gel directly to the skin on the affected side of the body (i.e., the upper back, hip, or foot).

Use the amount of gel that will provide the best pain relief

The recommended starting dose for adults and adolescents is 2 grams twice daily (ADS), but this may be adjusted as necessary to be effective for adults and to minimize the risk of infection.

The recommended starting dose for adolescents 16 years and older is 10 grams twice daily (ADS).

Do not use more often or more frequently after your first dose to make up for the dose that was given without the gel
